Free returns / exchanges are available within 30 days of shipping** To return/exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

Our Ehukai Beige Face Stick (formerly known as JJF Face Stick) is a Medium Beige with Neutral undertonesand is our most popular, universal tint.

Our Mick Fanning Face Stick is Medium Beige with Cool (Pink) undertones and is slightly lighter than our Ehukai Beige Face Stick.

Our Shane Dorian Face Stick is a Medium Tan with Warm (Yellow) undertones and is slightly darker than our Ehukai Beige Face Stick.

Our Pearl White Face Stick (formerly Ghost Stick) leaves a noticeable white cast or can be rubbedin for a more natural look.

Our Invisible Stick, well, it's invisible, so it works for just about any skin tone. Our Sensitive Stick also blends in clear on most skin types.

There is no product testing done to investigate efficacy post expiration date, therefore we don’t recommend using any sunscreen product once it’s expired.

Please reach out to customer service as soon as possible, as you are not able to directly make
changes to your order post-purchase.   

A confirmation will be sent to the email or phone number you provided shortly after placing your
order. If you don’t receive this, please reach out to customer service.  

You should receive your tracking number when the order ships out. You can input this tracking number
into the carrier’s website to check shipping status.

After we ship your order, the carrier becomes responsible for the package. Please reach out to
them with your tracking number and other relevant information.

Your order should ship within 3-5 business days after it’s placed. You will then receive your tracking number via email or text, indicating the order was shipped out.

Our standard $5 shipping rate is currently the only option for shipping. The rate at which your order will arrive after shipment depends on which carrier is processing the package.

There is an option to unsubscribe to our email notifications at the bottom of each promotional Vertra email. To unsubscribe to text notifications, reply STOP. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
