SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping (USA only)
For a limited time, VERTRA.COM is offering FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders by USPS Priority Mail. Items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days after checkout, approval, and inventory and have a transit time of approximately 3 days to major metropolitan areas, and 4 days to more rural areas..  Please note that while USPS Priority is fast, the arrival time is not guaranteed and could take up to 5-6 days.

International Shipping
VERTRA.COM is currently only shipping to the United States.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Returns & Exchanges
PLEASE NOTE: There are NO returns or exchanges on Suncare Products, unless they are deemed
defective or damaged PRIOR to use.

Online Return Information:
If for some reason an item ordered, other than a suncare product does not meet the satisfaction of a
customer, VERTRA.COM will gladly exchange or refund any unwashed, unworn or defective
merchandise in their original packaging, ordered within 30 days of shipment (less shipping charge).
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.

Mail-In:
Please place merchandise your are returning with original invoice in secure package, and mail to
specified address below.  Note: VERTRA.COM is not responsible for misplaced mail. Please ensure that your package gets to our return address by insuring your return package.

Exchanges:
Unless otherwise specified you will receive an exact replacement for the item(s) purchased.
Replacement items will be shipped USPS parcel post, so long as items coincide with our return policy.
Items will be sent to address on packing slip. If address is incorrect, please provide a new shipping
address on the front of the packing slip.

When to expect your refund
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment
within five business days. You will be notified by email when this transaction has taken place. Please
note that your banking institution may require additional days for the refund to process and post to
your account once they have received the information from VERTRA.COM.
