2011 Molokai Surfski World Championships-Lauren Wins!

Lauren Bartlett-Off of Hawaii Kai

Vertra’s Lauren Bartlett continued her dominant string of results in the Molokai Channel by winning the 2011 Molokai to Oahu Surfski World Championships last weekend. This event is known as the world championships of long distance open ocean paddling.  Just a few short weeks since Bartlett won the 2011 OC1 World Championships, she has once again added another world title to her name. “Lauren “legend” Bartlett is about 5 miles off the point,” commented the Race Director via their twitter account. Congrats on your accomplishments Lauren!
